Do you sell your leather goods in a retail store?

We currently sell online and in The Nooks in Kitsilano, Vancouver.

Where are your leather workshop located?

Our studio is currently located in Westend Vancouver, BC.

Do you deliver your handmade leather goods outside of BC?

We deliver everywhere in Canada, the US, Europe, Australia, NZ and some countries in the Middle East and the Arab Gulf. For more details, please check our shipping policies.

How long do you take to ship my order?

We usually ask for two to three weeks to make your order ready but it might be shipped earlier. It all depends on the work load and complexity of the order.

Is local pickup available?

Yes. You can pickup in Westend Vancouver.

What leather do you use?

We use premium vegetable tanned leather that we treat and dye in our workshop. For more details check our blog post 

How do you make your leather goods?

Every action is given thought and time and carefully handmade. More details here

Is your work truly hand stitched?

So far, our maker is committed to hand stitching. Here are more details on our stitching.

Do you do laser engraving?

We can engrave a text or a picture to make your product more personal, for the extra cost of 20 CAD.

Do you make custom orders for gifts and special occasions?

We do custom and bespoke orders for women, men and all genders. Please get in touch to order.

Are you interested in wholesale and gift boxes?

Yes, we can do both and we offer special prices depending on the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Paypal, Gpay and etransfers within Canada to rodneyg.workshop@gmail.com

How do I care for my leather good after purchase?

You can use natural oils and natural leather conditioner every once in a while to keep the leather hydrated and protected. Me make our own leather conditioner and you add it to your order.
