Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with Canada post. Fees and ETA will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your package. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks after you place your order for us to prepare your handmade product. We will notify you once it is shipped. Our international shipments with Canada post have no insurance and no tracking number. Local and international shipments that are lost in the post because you provided us with a wrong address are not refundable. All extra fees paid to return the shipment to us and send it again to you will be at your own expense.
